END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Your use of these audio samples is limited to combining the individual audio with your QuickTime productions. Any other proposed use of the audio effects (for example, duplication of the collection in whole or in part) is strictly prohibited and terminates this Agreement.

The audio effects, including any underlying musical works embodied therein, are owned, in whole and in part, by Audio Integration, LLC and are licensed to you. They are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Samples with your QuickTime projects, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Samples.

The scope of this license can be easily expanded, all we ask is to please contact Audio Integration, upon which a new license can be obtained. Thank you very much for your use of audio in QuickTime and on the Internet.
